Masterclass for truck drivers with special vehicles
Participants of SPEEDWORLD’s Truck Academy training can experience the most extreme behavior – tipping point, jackknifing) of heavy duty vehicles under safe, controlled circumstances, using special trucks, retrofitted for educative purposes and master the methods of managing and preventing such sudden emergencies.
During our Truck Academy courses, we offer an experience-based learning the prevention of the most typical heavy duty truck accidents. The syllabus consists of the following:
- Road safety training regarding the jackknifing of tractors
- Roll-prevention road safety training for tankers and vehicles transporting hazardous liquids and liquefied gases.
- Road emergencies stemming from the unsafe fastening of cargo, proper fastening of hazardous cargo in practice, demonstration during a traffic emergency
Within the course material we emphasize road safety and environmental issues of handling and transporting hazardous cargo as well.
